A real barbecue from the south to the old, with cooking to étouffée and pork dismiss. Even Georgians and Connaisseurs in Memphis, Tennessee agreed that Saw's BBQ is the real barbecue. Ribs are absolutely delicious, among the best in the region. Not to mention the pork pulled (pork blowing in barbecue sauce and unravelled to fork), an institution!
