Managed by Anna, Suzy and Marie, it cultivates simple recipes, faithful to the flavors of the territory (chestnut soup and pheasant broth, carpaccio of bull meat marinated in extra virgin olive oil from Lake Garda). There is also a smoking room where you can enjoy cigars and liqueurs.
