It's probably the most famous restaurant on the east bank of the Garda. It offers typical dishes in an elegant, refined and Michelin-starred atmosphere. Suggestions include various menus with flavours of the land or the sea, at very high prices of course, but this gastronomic cuisine is akin to culinary art! In the plate, privilege the gastronomic routes dedicated to fish (from the lake or the sea). Magnificent terrace with a view of the lake. A unique place, where it is good to treat oneself to the pleasure of luxury.

Ottime portate abbinate a vini eccellenti.
Personalmente ho “sofferto” il dolce con formaggio di pecora ma mi è stata proposta immediatamente un’alternativa (avendolo lasciato praticamente tutto nel piatto).

Ottima cena con piatti e sapori che non ti aspetti. In particolare l' amatriciana di lago, il burro d'accompagnamento (mantecato con le sarde di lago), la carbonara, il pre dessert con carote caramellate e, per ultimo, il tegamino di spuma di zabaione.
Chef simpatico e disponibile.

For this type of restaurant the attention to details and adequate attention by the chef to all customers and just selected few must be much better. Also… finding a very big fish scale in one of the courses (fish tartare) after it got stuck to my mouth my is unexceptable. The reaction by the staff was OK (the dish was replaced), but again well under the level of attention one would expect from a Michelin starred restaurant.

Friendly suggestion - tweak the carrot pre-dessert because nobody out of 9 people in our group had positive reaction to it.
