This family-run inn has kept an air of the past, with its country fragrance and grandmotherly cooking. You can spot it thanks to its oval sign depicting a portrait of the Virgin Mary (known as the "little Madonna" or Madonnetta), whose face is surrounded by a blue drape. In the plates, a tasty regional cuisine: try the bigotti (thick pasta) with duck sauce, the tripe soup, followed by the roasted goose of Marostica... Finally, don't forget that the desserts are homemade, and the apple crumble is to die for!

Ci siamo andati con amici, tutto bene, tranne che per il sole dal quale il glicine non ha potuto ripararci. Nonostante fosse solo aprile, picchiava forte! Per il resto personale giovane e simpatico!! Ah! Io non l’ho mangiato, ma mi hanno detto di segnalare il coniglio, in quanto cotto benissimo!! Ci torneremo di sicuro!

Marostica is the little city famous with the chess board in the main square. The restaurant is real traditonal osteria, atmosphere of the place is perfect, even it has big garden which has beautiful flowers in spring. Waiters are really kind and polite. It was crowded during lunch, before go, if you can book, it could be better. There are traditional meals in the menu. We tried as antipasto "baccala mantecato", as prima "pasticcio con asiago e asparagi bianchi", as contorno "radicchio crudo con pancetta calda" and as dolce "ricotta con marmelata". All of them are delicious. Thank you for all.

Cibo molto buono, peccato per le porzioni e per la fretta. Maggioranza di piatti a base di carne (secondo solo di carne).
Nel caso si è in pochi, si mangia insieme ad altre persone. Con tavolate e panche.
