Small, local, independent bakery located in the heart of Banff. This is the place where locals meet before going skiing or after a yoga session at Rocky Mountain Yoga next door. Is it because the place sells delicious, crispy baguettes fresh from the oven? What's more, it's not uncommon to hear French being spoken. Soups, salads and sandwiches are also available for lunch in addition to the delicious pastries.
