Behind its red front, this is one of the best establishments in L’Aigle. The interior boasts several rooms, including a very authentically decorated room at the rear of the establishment. The cuisine is inventive, and lovers of fish, shellfish, and meat will be delighted. The preparation of scallops here is a testament to great expertise. At lunchtime, you’ll be served a smart plate with a starter and a main course; on Fridays and Saturdays, a sauerkraut menu. Reservations are recommended, especially at weekends.
