BARHETTO

In this small, family-run bar built entirely of wood, local Walser culture takes center stage. The name is a play on words between Hetto, which means "shack" in the local Titsch dialect, and Baretto, which means "little bar" in Italian. Typical charcuterie and cheese plates, featuring fontina, Gressoney tomme, motsëtta and Arnad bacon, can be accompanied by a glass of vin brûlé (or mulled wine) from Europe's highest vineyards. A warm and informal atmosphere, perfect for a stopover after a day's skiing.
