Opened in 2013, this microbrewery has revived Red Wing's brewing tradition, dormant since 1951. On a small scale, it produces the equivalent of six kegs every week, with six craft beers to discover on draught. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. For some time now, you can also enjoy home-made pizzas and a simple but fresh salad, ideal for a quick meal. And if you're sober or with the family, let yourself be tempted by their tasty homemade root beer, a non-alcoholic alternative that's just as authentic.
