The origin of this co-op dates back to 1912. It collects the milk of the farmers of Alt Urgell and Cerdanya, and produces butters and cheeses to cow's milk (Urgèlia PDO, Flor, Montcerdà, Sierra, Serrano, Mount Cadi…), melted, grated, and even a lactose-free cheese.
