This family-run restaurant has a certain reputation. You can enjoy a selection of products from Cetara, as well as fish dishes presented in a sophisticated manner. Acquapazza is a traditional Campanian way of cooking fish. The fish is poached in a court-bouillon flavoured with olive oil, garlic, cherry tomatoes and parsley, which preserves the tenderness of the flesh. In this restaurant in the centre of Cetara, you can taste the catch of the day all'acquapazza, but also other seafood specialities and in particular the colatura di alici which is prepared directly by the establishment. A family restaurant hidden in a small courtyard near the harbour, the Cianciola means small boats or fishing net. No matter, the most important is what we find in our plate of simple and tasty vermicelli to anchovy oil (specialty cetarese oblige) or des della divina costiera (large square pasta with shrimp and squash). Simply delicious, week staff is in small care.
