ARNAQUE!!! Ne faites pas l'erreur de réserver dans cet établissement. Si vous décidez d'annuler gratuitement votre réservation, ( faite depuis un célèbre site) l'hôtel ne vous remboursera pas votre argent. J'attends le remboursement depuis 2 mois et ils trouvent toutes les excuses pour ne pas me rendre mon argent. J'ai toutes les preuves de nos échanges par mail heureusement et ils ont reçu depuis bien longtemps mes coordonnées pour me virer l'argent malgré qu'ils disent le contraire. Ne vous faites pas avoir..
Le site a fini par me rembourser car l'hôtel continuait à faire la sourde oreille. Depuis plusieurs mois, le gérant me harcèle par mail pour que je retire les avis negatifs, il m'a même proposé des nuits gratuites ..Ha! l'Italie et la corruption , une histoire qui ne date pas d'hier...Fuyez
