At the end of Argentan, Catherine and Philippe Coiffard's establishment is a delight for gourmets. You can rest in one of the hotel's 16 rooms (modern and comfortable). But most people come here for "La Table de Catherine" and Le Bis'Trot, the establishment's two restaurants. The first, named after the chef who is a member of the Norman Toques, honours seasonal and local Norman gastronomic products: bar fillet, shoulder of lamb confit with pesto or scallops are à la carte. For a gourmet lunch break, you have the choice with the Bis' Trot, which offers two packages at more affordable prices.

Un endroit confortable où séjourner. Complet, soigné et la nourriture... la nourriture est de niveau supérieur, c'est juste un voyage à travers la France locale. Si vous voulez une chambre agréable et soignée et la meilleure nourriture, vous devez être dans cet hôtel !

Une belle demeure Normande très propre, bien entretenue. Le personnel est sympathique, c’est parfait !!! Le petit déjeuner est copieux, servi à table. Nous sommes loin des chaînes connues… Le restaurant doit être à la hauteur !! J’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Sur la partie restauration : une table où l'on cuisine, des plats généreux, une ambiance "a l'ancienne" que l'on apprecie, bref, une bonne petite adresse au bord de la route que l'on recommande.

Hôtel un peu désuet et ce qui en fait tout son charme. Très bon accueil.
Chambre correcte et bon rapport qualité prix au niveau du menu.
