La ferme de l'Etoile, a family business created in 1970, is now owned by five partners and has twelve employees. These passionate people produce charcuterie, dairy products (cheese, cream, milk, butter), terrines and preserves in jars. They grow their own cereals to feed their pig and cow farms. Pioneer of direct sales in the Perche, the farm has its own store. You can also find their delicious products on the market of Mortagne-au-Perche, as well as on other points of sale to consult on the website.
