Since 1982, this cozy family butchery butchery has been offering a variety of smoked meats and artisanal meats, including an excellent calf liver sausage. With Laurent Schmitt and his team, the Alsatian tradition is at the meeting! The house runs, like the butt of the three supreme poultry, are delicious. One of the specialties of butchery Vincent is home foie gras: goose or duck, cut, semi-preserved or plucked in Alsatian terrine and verrine, we're fine! On the butcher side, all products are certified Red Label. The sign also offers varied and balanced day meals.
