Bordered by a large terrace, this Alsatian brasserie combines unusual decor (with light fixtures in the shape of melon hats) with delicious local recipes. Papi Lucien's onion tart is a must, as are duck foie gras with Gewurztraminer, cocotte of veal tripe simmered in Riesling and Daniel's famous sauerkraut. If you're feeling peckish between 2 and 3:45 pm, Wistub Brenner offers a small à la carte menu featuring a winegrower's salad (thinly sliced cervelat and Comté cheese), presskopf with vinaigrette or a tourte de la Vallée.

Les pommes de terre sautées ne sont pas fraîches, le jarret grillé est très petit pour le prix. On sent clairement le déroulement du tourisme de masse.
Le personnel de service est très aimable !
