Alsacorse restaurant in Colmar: Alsatian and Corsican specialities, cosy setting, green terrace and unique culinary concept.
Nestled on the Quai de la Poissonnerie, this beautiful family home houses a restaurant as charming as it is unexpected. Under its ancient beams, the atmosphere is soft, subdued, almost confidential. Here, you can enjoy Alsatian specialties with a twist: tarts flambées, foie gras, salads... But also Corsican treasures selected by Chantal, creator of the "Alsacorse" concept: wines, beers, cheeses and charcuterie from the island of Beauty. The icing on the kougelhopf is a peaceful terrace planted with greenery, inviting zenitude with every bite.

We are just happen to be in this place as we arrived late, about 9 pm in colmar and straight
To this place as it near our hotel. We didnt check the comment in the review.
But the reviews are absolutely correct. The old woman is very rude. Better prepare for rudeness from her if you want to dine here. The other pretty young waiter is very nice.
So just be prepared!
I keep my calmness and just flow with it as she appeared really overworked and stressed
