Είναι πολυ κοντά στο κέντρο της πολης αλλά έχει ησυχία, είναι πολυ καθαρό και η τιμή είναι λογική, η οικοδέσποινα πολυ φιλόξενη!

Si tratta di un affittacamere in realtà, tutto a conduzione familiare.
Situato in un punto tranquillo ma molto vicino alla via principale di Skiathos raggiungibile a piedi.
La camera molto semplice ma con tutto l'essenzale, aria condizionata, frigo, bollitore, asciugacapelli.
Avevamo anche un piccolo balconcino che affacciava bella corte interna dello stabile.
Il personale gentile e sempre disponibile, ci hanno accolto molto bene e sono stati talmente gentili da farci tenere la stanza fino alla sera della partenza stessa.
In più la signora a fine soggiorno ci ha omaggiato con un piccolo pensierino.
Davvero molto gentile!
Camera pulita, bagno non troppo piccolo.
Prezzi onesti.

Καθαρό δωμάτιο σε πολύ κεντρική μεριά. Με τα πόδια πας όπου χρειαστεί στο κέντρο. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό, μας έκανε την εξυπηρέτηση να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας στη ρεσεψιόν μέχρι να φύγει το καράβι μας. Στα αρνητικά, τα δωμάτια δεν πιάνουν ίντερνετ, καθώς αυτό είναι διαθέσιμο μόνο στη ρεσεψιόν και στο κοινόχρηστο χώρο στην είσοδο. Στο δικό μας δωμάτιο είχαμε θέμα και με τα κουνούπια (Αύγουστο πήγαμε) καθώς δεν υπήρχε σίτα ή αντικουνουπικο. Τέλος το μπάνιο δεν είχε επαρκή εξαερισμό.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Τέλεια κεντρική τοποθεσία, οι παροχές ικανοποιητικές, τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα και αρκετά καλά διατηρημένα. Η ιδιοκτητρια πολύ φιλική και φιλόξενη και μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!

Very very old rooms!! The taps were dirty and needed to be replaced! Old wooden doors allowed noise from outside, in general the rooms needs rennovation asap the rooms are stuck in 70s. Very Kind staff and owner and good location.

Struttura gestita in modo eccellente dalle proprietarie , stanze molto modeste, ma ottima qualità prezzo anche in virtù della pulizia eccellente . Situato a circa 300 mt dal centro .

Απλά απαράδεκτη! Έμεινα με το αγόρι μου 5 μέρες και την 4η μέρα αφού της το ζητήσαμε άλλαξε πετσέτες και σεντόνια η ίδια, καθώς δεν έχει καθαρίστρια και δεν προλάβαινε. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό. Η εξώπορτα χαλασμένη, 3 ζευγάρια μας φώναξαν να τους ανοίξουμε διότι ήταν αδύνατο. Εν τέλει την έφτιαξε κάπως το αγόρι μου προκειμένου να μπορούμε να μπαίνουμε στο ξενοδοχείο γιατί αυτή δεν απαντούσε ποτέ στο τηλ και έλειπε. Λόγω τροφικής δηλητηρίασης ζητήσαμε να μας βολέψει κάπου άλλη μία μέρα, δεν το σκέφτηκε καν και μας έδιωξε χωρίς να μας βοηθήσει. Αν θέλετε να κάνετε ξέγνοιαστες διακοπές, μην κλείνετε στο Filia!!!

5 stars only for the owners of this place. My boyfriend and I were supposed to go to skiathos this week in July but due to a sudden bereavement the day before our departure we were unable to leave. It was absolutely not taken for granted that they did not charge us the penalty, but they did and despite having kept the room occupied until the day before our departure, they granted us a free cancellation. Greeks always prove to be a great people with an incredible and rare humanity and heart. Thank you very much, we hope to visit you next summer ❤️

Piccolo albergo a conduzione familiare pulito ed efficiente in una posizione strategica e centralissimo , Dimitri e sua mamma che lo gestiscono sono delle persone moto gentili e disponibili ad accontentare ogni richiesta ..SUPERCONSIGLIATO !!!

La stanza è molto semplice e altrettanto pulita,.a due passi dal centro della città. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili, gradevolissimo conversare con loro. Il prezzo per Skiathos è buono. Insomma consiglio vivamente questo piccolo albergo a conduzione familiare

Camere comode pulite con aria condizionata e bagno privato con doccia che funziona benissimo . Gestori molto ospitali è tantissima gentilezza e disponibilità . Se vuoi stare in centro nella tranquillità con tutto a portata di mano questo posto fa per te ciao buon soggiorno
