KARL SCHMIDT

This restaurant-pizzeria is named after Karl Schmidt who was the mayor of Chișinău from 1877 to 1903. With this record of electoral longevity, he will have marked his time as he participated in the modernization of the city with the electrification of his city, the paving of the streets and the construction of the first tramway lines. The decoration of the place is more or less inspired by that of a German brewery with references to the capital's past. The cuisine is European and Moldavian, with a wide choice of pizzas. Its terrace is very pleasant in summer.
