Less than 5 kilometres from the Hearst Castle, this beachfront hotel is an ideal stop to San Simeon. The rooms are well kept and the ocean view is perfect. We also appreciate the Cavalier Restaurant, the best choice of restaurants in the surrounding area.

The restaurant service was great to be treated, after the food was served, no sign of waiter till I was done… fish was frozen then cook to dry level, not even lemon served, boxed mashed potatoes and frozen mixed veggies… should have gone to the Mexican place.
The view was the “only” positive and the groundskeepers were the most attentive towards guests. Talking with other guests, that also had issues. Never again will I stay there.
Ps: fridge was also dirty.
