One of Cuneo's best addresses, and one that won't disappoint. On the first floor, you'll find the wine cellar, where you can sample countless beverages and do your shopping, and on the second floor, the restaurant. On the menu, traditional regional dishes with fresh, tasty ingredients, sourced from short supply chains and Slow Food certified. Choose from fassone (beef) tartare cut with a knife, vitello tonnato (veal with tuna sauce), or any other perfectly executed dish. The menu changes regularly.

Locale caratteristico nel centro di Cuneo che propone piatti della tradizione piemontese: battuta al coltello molto buono e tajarin al sugo di carne ottimi. Servizio molto attento e premuroso. Ho apprezzato molto la scelta di referenze limitate nel menù poiché è indice di genuinità e specializzazione.
