The NH Murano Villa honors the collection with this new entity. Housed in a former glassworks, the hotel stretches lengthwise behind its discreet brick facade, overlooking the canal. The single-storey rooms are contemporary, comfortable, functional, perfectly soundproofed and well-equipped (air-conditioning, wifi, flat-screen TV, mini-bar, espresso machine, etc.). There's also a spa, gym, restaurant and terrace bar.

Hôtel idéal pour un séjour de visite de Venise et de Murano en dehors de l'agitation touristique de Venise.
Un vrai coup de cœur, la decoration est élégante et le calme y est remarquable. Le service de la réception est très professionnel et efficace.

Hotel molto bello, situato sul canale Navagero, a Murano, comodissimo all’omonima fermata del battello.
Ricavato da una sapiente ristrutturazione di una vecchia fabbrica del vetro, questo modernissimo hotel è una vera chicca di questo isolotto.
Senza scendere nei particolari, il servizio nel nostro caso, non è stato per niente all’altezza delle aspettative.

Das Frühstück ist für diese Sternekategorie ein Witz. Das Personal absolut passiv- wenn man einen Cappuccino möchte, muss man der Kellnerin hinterherlaufen.
Vegetarische Optionen gibt es fast keine. Nur Süßes. Wer gesundes Frühstück sucht findet hier außer Gurken und ein paar Früchten nichts. Leider wirklich schade. Das könnte besser gemacht werden. Es gibt eine Pizza Margarita, ein bisschen harten Käse- das wars. Für Veganer: stay away!
Die Aussicht von unserem Superiorzimmer war gräßlich- einfach nur auf das Dach einer alten Glasfabrik- außer Heizungsrohren und Stahlpfeiler haben wir nichts gesehen.
Auch die Rezeptionisten waren ziemlich passiv und wenig proaktiv. Hier könnte man das Personal besser schulen. Auch aktiv einen Willkommensgruß anbieten, was uns aber nicht angeboten wurde.
Sehr schade. Die Lage ist super und auch der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sensationell. Das Hotel hätte viel Potential, wenn das Personal besser geschult wäre.
