A large design hotel located in Murano offering very comfortable rooms with a full range of high level services.

One of the most stylish hotels in Murano. This Hyatt hotel is rich in highlights. Ideally located, it offers very comfortable rooms that combine contemporary and Venetian decorative notes, with Murano glass displayed in every corner. Facilities include excellent bedding, a bar, a restaurant, a wellness center (with sauna and steam room) and other hotel services always offered with a smile and efficiency. In the restaurant, the Mediterranean cuisine follows the course of the seasons.

Hotel is new and modern, but avoid the courtyard view room as it is really, really noisy at night. At first we thought it’s because of the restaurant but unfortunately it is still very noisy after 10pm. We contacted the reception multiple times and I could still hear people talking and laughing even with my earplugs. Although the rest of the hotel is really good, it is just impossible to sleep. I hate to say this but this is probably the worst Hyatt I’ve ever stayed, and it is also the last straw to throw me back to Marriott.

Weil unser Flug in der Früh um 9:00 war und der Shuttle Service vom Hotel zum Flughafen erst ab 8:30 arbeitet mussten wir 2x mit der Fähre fahren und schon um 6:30 losfahren mit einem Kind. Oder uns wurde angeboten das wir ein Boot taxi nehmen können um 140€ für 20 Minuten.
Zimmer war okay.. Würde empfehlen ein Hotel direkt in Venedig zu nehmen das man nicht gebunden ist mit dem Boot fahren zu müssen !
Wie waren gestern an der Bar und wollten essen eine kürbiscreme Suppe und Ravioli!! Insgesamt haben wir 35 Minuten gewartet nach dem wir 3x nachgefragt haben wann wir die Suppe bekommen !! Haben wir zuerst die Ravioli bekommen danach die Suppe !! Das einzige was der Kellner gesagt hat ist das wir alles zusammen bestellt haben, in jedem anderen Restaurant bekommt man zuerst die Suppe danach die Hauptspeise ! Danach war die Suppe lauwarm und die kostet 16€!!!

L’hôtel est très joli et le service irréprochable
Le choix de cet établissement s’est révélé très pertinent en nous permettant de retrouver du calme et une ambiance plus cosy , après des journées au milieu de la foule à Venise

La navette gratuite pour l’aéroport est très confortable - gros plus

Hotel is conveniently located 2 meters from Water Taxi stop - Make sure to take 4.1 or 5.2 lines. Also, we used Hotel Airport Shuttle service which was fantastic - free and super convenient. If you want to visit Burano and spend a day in Venice, this is a very affordable location. Highly recommended.
