During our stay the service was excellent, the rooms was very clean , the front desk was professional, the breakfast was delicious. Melina from the dining area was very nice and polite with us . She showed her professionalism. We recommend this place to stay , definitely I would like to stay in this place again.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and this slightly more local and less touristy part of Venice. Conveniently located in front of the vaporetto water bus stop and a short ride to central Venice along the canalazzo etc. Got to see local residents doing morning grocery shopping, speaking in their Venetian language (not dialect) at a taverna bar around the corner (Sottovento), and enjoyed the slower pace. The onsite hotel bars had warm staff and great cocktails.

Nächstes Mal wieder NH Collection auf der anderen Seite des Kanals. Service im Hyatt an der Rezeption unaufmerksam, die wichtigsten Infos gibts nur auf Nachfrage, Zimmerboden schmutzig, Duschgel nich aufgefüllt, Zimmerreinigung kommt früh am morgen ohne zu klopfen ins Zimmer.

Really good experience at the Hyatt Centric Murano. Rooms were great, staff were great, location was great, food/drink were great and boat transfer from the airport was fantastic!

The only downside was that due to a system error (that they clearly see all the time) I was charged the €100 hold twice! The staff weren't very apologetic about this and said there's nothing they can do.
