Beautiful and good address to discover the taste of the true traditional Piedmontese cuisine. The restaurant boasts a contemporary setting, yet retains a bistro feel with its exposed brick walls. You can't resist the antipasti, before continuing with the primi - pasta or rice - like tajarin with rabbit liver, and finally finishing with a brasato (braised meat) with barbera. It goes perfectly with a beautiful selection of wines from the region. In summer, terrace service on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

Da consigliare: il cibo è ottimo ovviamente non abbiamo potuto provare tutto, ma con gli amici abbiamo preso molti piatti diversi e tutti buoni.
Forse un po' freddo il rapporto con i gestori, ma non tutti i giorni si può essere al massimo dell'umore .

une bonne adresse pour une bonne cuisine
un peu caché mais ça vaut le coup. Ameublement moderne, personnel très gentil, excellente cuisine. J'ai pris le poivron carré, typique de la région avec le bagnacauda, ​​un incontournable du Piémont (en hiver). En entrée, j'ai eu les agnolotti avec saucisse de soutien-gorge qui étaient bons mais il y avait quelque chose dans la sauce qui me laissait un peu lourd (clous de girofle ?). 39 euros avec un verre de barbera d'Asti.

Veramente esagerato.
