It's a must for gourmets from Alessandria and beyond, right in the heart of the city. The evocative setting of the former Guerci gallery, built in Liberty style in 1895, makes Bonadeo's delicate pastries even more exquisite, in particular the petit fours, the wide variety of brioches and the famous Polenta di Marengo cake (a soft pastry made from corn flour, starch and raisins, covered with a maraschino glaze) that pay homage to the city's great pastry-making tradition.
