This pastry shop, which will soon be celebrating its two-hundredth anniversary, with seven successive generations, is one of the city's best-loved. The list of recommended products (sweet and savory) is very long: petits choux, Tartufata with whipped cream, savory rolls stuffed with ricotta and spinach, as well as the Guinea tart, a cream cake with shavings and a dark chocolate coating.
