Sports and leisure activities Rockland

Here is an organization that will allow you to discover Rockland and its surroundings from the water, aboard a kayak. You will have the opportunity to rent equipment or take an excursion with a guide. The day trip follows the protected coast of Maine to the Owls Head Nature Park and its lighthouse. Along the way, you'll see sailors hauling up their lobster traps, see eagles and many shorebirds, and maybe get a chance to spot a seal or two. Some trips last several days.
