It is one of the highest waterfalls in Kyrgyzstan, richer in torrents than in waterfalls by the way. 20 km south of Barskoon, at an altitude of 1,720 m, these waterfalls nestled at the bottom of a narrow gorge consist of three successive waterfalls, the largest of which is 33 m high. In the summer, many Kyrgyz people come here in search of freshness and the small road is quickly filled with a tight crowd elbowing their way to the best selfie. Jovial and good-natured atmosphere, authentic to perfection.

Si vous êtes à Barskoon, ne manquez pas ses waterfalls ! Il faut encore prendre un taxi ou se faire emmener par un habitant, ce que nous avions fait. Allez admirer cette nature où seuls les camions se rendant à la mine d'or de Kumtor viennent déranger le silence et remuer de la poussière. Une végétation bien verte grâce au torrent, les troupeaux de chevaux et moutons en liberté, des camps de yourtes où vous pouvez vous logez. Profitez de cette carte postale ! Au pied des chutes d'eau, nous avons dormi dans une yourte proposée par une famille qui nous a chouchoutés! Et j'en ai même profité pour apprendre à monter le cheval d'un enfant. Allez-y!
