FOUR SEASON’S

Close to the Hyatt, this upscale restaurant welcomes affluent Kyrgyz and expatriate customers who want to change chachlyks and samsas. The menu (in English) always includes a few kebabs, especially in the summer when the terrace is open and the management programs its barbecues at will, but also many dishes composed with care and know-how. Enough to find a little refinement, rare in Kyrgyzstan. All year round, a small stage offers nightly concerts of traditional or European music.
