With a few wooden tables, a light menu, healthy and organic ingredients, Café Roux stands out for the originality of its menu and the sophisticated presentation of its salads and sandwiches for an unpretentious restaurant. The butternut & goat cheese salad is undoubtedly the best salad in Cape Town. Above all, the small family business has become an essential scene in the region. The venue is open for livemusic and comedy concerts on certain nights of the week and has hosted some of the best bands and one-man shows in the area.
