Far from the modern resorts and spas, this beach (Standbad) is an example of German open water swimming expertise. A perfectly manicured lawn and a good beer garden immediately relaxes any would-be stressors. A natural place to swim, to cool off on summer days, to have a picnic between two visits or simply to discover a place frequented by locals, off the beaten track of usual tourism. The entrance is unfortunately not free.
