NATIONAL MUSEUM OF AMERICAN ILLUSTRATION

Housed in Vernon Court, a sublime remains as the only state of Rhode Island knows them, this museum is devoted entirely to the art of American illustration. The collection mainly featured works made between 1865 and 1945 by recognized artists, including the indispensable Norman Rockwell. The visit is worth it just for the discovery of Vernon Court, whose architecture is inspired by a French castle of the eighteenth century.
