Opened in 1998, Gracie's is considered Providence's flagship. Chef Matthew Varga offers refined cuisine inspired by seasonal produce. The entire staff, from the pastry chef to the sommelier to the room manager, is dedicated to making your dinner a unique experience. The dishes are tasty, from duck with cherries to tagliatelle with squash and foie gras as a starter. This is a table that does not rest on its laurels and that vibrates with passion night after night.
