Located west of the White Mountains, the Franconia Notch Pass is crossed by the I-93 road that connects Flume Gorge to Echo Lake. This 8 mile stretch of road between the Kinsman and Franconia mountain ranges is truly magnificent and seems to have been ideally built to connect the natural sights of the area. It is advisable to take route I-93 and make successive stops at the sites mentioned below.

Belle portion des White mountains avec plein de stops à faire sur la route. Nous n'avons pas visité les gorges de Flume dont le tarif d'entrée nous a semblé prohibitif. Il y a plein d'autres balades à faire dans le coin.
