A ten-minute drive from Franconia, in the neighboring village of Bethlehem, is this pretty address, with its small dining room decorated with works by local artists. It enjoys great popularity, and for good reason: the food is delicious. The menu doesn't include a ton of dishes, but the recipes are well-crafted. Like the indestructible " bean cake ", which has been delighting customers for 23 years! Meat lovers and vegans alike will be delighted. And gourmets won't be outdone by the homemade desserts! Reservations strongly recommended.
