One of the most famous beaches on the coast, with parking, toilets and showers and supervised swimming

Along with Good Harbor, Wingaersheek Beach is one of the best known beaches on the coast, which is not surprising since it is also one of the most beautiful. When the tide is low, it looks even bigger. In the summer, swimming is supervised and food stalls open their doors. There are also toilets and showers. You need a car to get there, as it is about fifteen minutes from downtown Gloucester, in Ipswich Bay. The car park is often full, so it is best to arrive early in the morning to find a space.
