MITLA CAFE

Milta Café was founded in 1937 by Lucia Rodriguez and her husband. What was a simple stall on Route 66 quickly became a popular place. Expanded in the 1940s by Lucia and her second husband, the success of the establishment has never waned since. The cuisine is Mexican, family style (we are in the^4th generation) and very tasty. Although the city of San Bernardino has changed over time, Milta has maintained its roots and has remained a landmark for many families in the surrounding neighborhoods.
