Bright Angel Point, located near the Grand Canyon Lodge, offers excellent views of the South Rim and side canyons.

Bright Angel Point Trail is located near the Grand Canyon Lodge and is accessed via a paved trail about a quarter mile up an impressive ridge at 8,516 feet. This short hike offers excellent views of the South Rim and side canyons. On the horizon, the San Francisco Peaks (north of Flagstaff) can be seen. Very easy, this trail is only 800 m long and it takes about 30 min to walk there and back. During the summer, be careful with storms because this trail is really exposed to bad weather.

La vue qu'offre Bright Angel est juste incroyable. Le point de vue est situé sur la North Rim, à mon sens il y a moins de visiteurs que su la South Rim. La vue y est vertigineuse et appréciable lors du coucher de soleil

Bright Angel Point est de mon point de vue le meilleur spot pour le coucher de soleil sur le Grand Canyon. Il est en plus facile d'accès par un chemin goudronné. En été, le service de navette gratuite est également très pratique
