Building designed in the Streamline Moderne style, the former municipal ferry terminal of San Pedro, hosting a museum.

Designed in 1941 in the Streamline Moderne style, the building that houses the Los Angeles Maritime Museum is the former San Pedro Municipal Ferry Terminal. Saved from demolition and then restored, the facility now hosts exhibits that trace the city's history and feature model boats and ships with themes as broad as the fishing industry and the US Navy.
