With its stone-walled interior and its terrace under a vine arbour, this tavern is a very good address. Here, everything is organic and home-made: bread, goat cheese, fresh pasta, smoked ham. Mate's specialty? Tasty meat stews cooked under the peka bell. If you haven't tried it elsewhere, order pašticada, the traditional Dalmatian dish served here with macaroni. A very cosy place!
