PLAGES DE CHORA

In Chora itself, you will find a small sandy beach where the older or younger people sometimes swim, but this beach in the middle of the city is not very pleasant. At the exit of the old port, Megali Ammos is a sandy beach without deckchairs or umbrellas, relatively pleasant if you don't want to go too far from Chora. To the north, the beach of Tournos is not really recommended: near the new port, one cannot say that swimming is very quiet there. In the south, the beach of Ornos is very popular with families.
