Museum retracing the history of Fernand Léger, painter, ceramist, and sculptor, which also has spaces dedicated to André Mare.
Located in the painter’s childhood home, the museum features a rich collection of 350 works by Fernand Léger (drawings, lithographs, illustrated books, objets d’art). The garden has been faithfully recreated from his painting Le Jardin de ma mère. Inside, the exhibition spaces also highlight the career of the painter André Mare, his Argentan-born childhood companion. As well as an ode to the precursor arts, this is a shared destiny to discover.
