In French, in reference to French cheese-making know-how, Bistrô's staple, locally-produced goat's cheese, has been awarded a gold medal... in France. It is used in almost every dish (including pasteis, beignets and quiches). An interesting menu at 125 reais includes tournedos with spaghetti and pupunha (fruit of an Amazonian palm tree). Very good local beers. A must!
