The cellars Saint-Rémy - Desom were founded in 1922 by the Desom family in an ancient tisserie that belonged to the Luxembourgish poet Dicks. They operate a vineyard of 50 ha and develop wines and crémants from several varieties: rivaner, auxerre, Pinot blanc, pinot gris, riesling, pinot noir, etc.
