The Krier-Welbes estate was founded in 1957 by the parents of the current owner. Guy Krier took over the business on 14 July 1993 with his wife Gaby, and in the meantime the modest 3.5 hectares have grown to almost 14 hectares, managed according to the rules of organic farming since late 2009.
