The ETP (protected work establishment) of Saint James has been a vocational training centre for people with disabilities for 40 years. Among its sectors, timber, ironwork, agriculture, services and catering, and it is on this last point that will be stressed. Every lunchtime Monday to Friday, and the weekend for groups on reservation. In the kitchen, the development of a new menu every day, prepared based on local productions, organic products, inventive kitchen and small prices.
