Patricia and Jean-Charles Rocher have a lot of ideas. The couple, who met at the agricultural high school in Pont-Hébert, took over the family farm a few years later with the desire to develop the production of a cheese that is not usually seen in Normandy: tomme. And it is clear that in Normandy, nothing is impossible, since the cheese made here has outclassed many of its Savoyard competitors by winning prizes for excellence. If the farm does not sell directly, many restaurants offer it.
