COURSE DE FOND (PRÉPARATION MARATHON)

Professional instructors propose to teach you the essential factors necessary for the practice of long distance races (adequate rhythm, breathing…) by a targeted and personalized training. This original offer organised by the city of Luxembourg and the Sports Service was born of the success of this practice since the first Luxembourg marathon in May 2006. Drive every Saturday morning from 10 am to 12 pm at the Stade Josy-Barthel, Arlon Road.
