Nickel rien à dire.
Seul bémol les caisses auto au Auchan... Un véritable labyrinthe. Merci à cette caissière bien aimable qui aime vraiment son boulot qui nous à guider ????
Clochedor shopping centre is a great place to find all the brands. One stop shop, I really enjoy shopping here with some good eateries in the food court! Highly recommend if you want to check out multiple brands not far from the Lux city ????
Cela reste juste un grand centre commercial très propre une bonne sécurité mais le week-end il y a trop de monde Cela devient désagréable de faire son shopping.
During our recent visit to the Cloche d'Or shopping mall in Luxembourg, we encountered several issues that marred our shopping experience, particularly as a family navigating the premises with a stroller. The first notable inconvenience was the misuse of elevators. These crucial facilities, intended to aid those who need them the most, were frequently occupied by individuals who seemed to have no apparent need, making it challenging for us to move around comfortably.
Furthermore, the condition of the restrooms was appalling. The level of cleanliness was far below what one would expect in a facility of this caliber, with the toilets being extremely unhygienic and in desperate need of thorough cleaning.
The mall's layout and overall system appeared to lack coherence, contributing to a sense of disorganization throughout our visit. This was exacerbated by the parking situation, which was nothing short of a nightmare. It's a common issue in many European malls, yet it remains a significant deterrent for potential visitors.
From a global perspective, having visited numerous malls around the world, Cloche d'Or does not rank among the best. It doesn't necessarily fall into the 'bad' category, but it certainly doesn't stand out as a great shopping destination either. The high prices, coupled with the subpar cleanliness, leave much to be desired.
On a positive note, the Ernster's coffee corner provided a pleasant respite from the mall's chaos. The ambiance is inviting, offering a beautiful spot to relax. However, the experience was slightly diminished by the freshness of the cakes, which did not meet our expectations.
In summary, the Cloche d'Or shopping mall seems to cater to an affluent demographic, but even then, it fails to provide a premium experience that justifies its pricing. It has the potential to be a much more enjoyable place for families and individuals alike, should the management address these critical areas of concern.
