Catastrophique, ayant achetée une paire de sandale ORAN la semaine dernière, j'y suis allé pour changer de taille. Ils ont catégoriquement refusé car je n'avais plus la boîte en carton. Tout était là. Ticket de caisse petit sac en tissus. Mais pour la "boîte" en carton. Ils m'ont laissé repartir bredouille avec ma paire de claquette qui ne me vas pas... le vendeur n'a rien voulu savoir et le PIRE L'A RESPONSABLE PERSENTE DANS SON BUREAU N'A MÊME PAS VOULU VENIR ME DONNER DED EXPLICATIONS.... Il aurait simplement fallu me donner une paire à ma taille " sans boîte" et l'histoire était réglée.... Je suis déçue déçue déçue.. Çest honteux.
